Who is the agent?
An agent is a user who can perform operational activities in the system. Administrators are also agents. Observer users are not agents.
How is the payment made?
In the beta version, you need to contact your manager to make a payment.
Is it possible to increase the number of agents?
Yes, the number of users is not strictly linked to the tariff. The tariff has a base cost and a base number of users, but it is additionally possible to increase the user limit by as much as the company requires. The cost of an additional user varies for each tariff.
Are there any other restrictions in the system?
The functionality available in the tariff, the number of users and the level of support are limited. There are no restrictions on the number of projects, inventory, and rental operations.
Is it possible to add functionality after choosing a tariff?
You can switch from one tariff to another. The functionality is provided only with the purchase of the tariff.
Which users are limited?
All users of the system who can perform rental activities on behalf of the company. Guest users, as well as customers working with the showcase, are not limited.
